Johnston will be an advocate for Malone

To the editor:

This coming November, I am asking you to vote for my brother Jody (Johnston) as your Town Council member.

Just because citizens of your community run for office, doesn’t always mean they have your best interest in mind. If you are looking for someone with confidence who is dependable, transparent and self-motivated, then you should vote for Jody.

Jody feels innately passionate about his political pursuit and deciding to be a great advocate for causes that will affect your town overall. He is eager to help his community that he has grown up in and already has been a major impact on the youth, who look up to him.

Jody will inspire you and will encourage harmony amongst all other members holding positions. He will make you his priority and become a public servant to the citizens of Malone, take thoughtful, incremental approaches to community issues and make good sound decisions that will make a positive impact.

Jody’s commitment to duty is easily noted as he has moved up to the rank of captain in his current position in corrections. This can only be achieved through dedication to the job. Isn’t that what you are looking for in a candidate?

Sometimes it’s difficult in choosing a candidate that has your best interest in mind. Voting should not be painful, it should be a civic duty amongst all who have the power and right to make changes, to make best decisions and voting for candidates that represent the “People.” Voting for Jody Johnston is the right decision and I am asking you to vote for him and be your representative for Malone Town Council.

I am wishing my brother Jody the best of luck.
